Because I got to open
the door.

I know you think I don't have any sisters (you are so very wrong), but I do. And Sherrie is one of them. In fact, we are sort-of twins. No, really. And I love her!!!
...
I spent several weeks leading up to her visit just way too excited for a girl my age. I hadn't seen my dear friend in probably 5 years. Maybe more? And of course, we just picked up right where we left off, complete with my laughing water out my nose in the first five minutes. Yes. Good times.
...
And if it wasn't wonderful enough to have Sherrie in my home, another random little miracle occurred that brought our mutual friend, Tom, that neither of us had seen in 10 years, to my home the very same day. Yes, it was a grand day, indeed!

I am so glad that I got to see you both, and even more glad that it just happened that you got to see each other! Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Now, don't be strangers!

Yes, visitors are the best! How fun!
I love you hun. Past, present, future, we'll always be the same, we'll always overschedule, overlove, overtry, oversmile, overaccomplish, overfail, overlaugh, oversucceed, did I say overlove? You know it's true. Visitors are a great gift, visiting was just as great!
Sorry about the stray undies. go ahead and keeep 'em. We've got some of Meeka's too. Good times.
Those are definitely the best kind of Christmas miracles!
Visitors are great but Christmas visitors are even better!!
Ooooh, visits from friends, true friends, are just the best. It's weird how even if you haven't seen them in years, you can still blow water out of your nose within the first five minutes because your friends are just THAT GOOD.
Friends....mmmmmmmmmmmm.
