I don't want this to come off all hoity-toity, but I have to say something!
I've recently been approached by several companies that would like me to advertise for them on my blog.
Sorry, that's just not gonna happen.
I don't have ANY problem with seeing ads on blogs. It doesn't bother me at all. However, this particular blog is for family, friends, and the occasional passer-by. Not the occasional passer-buy. And so, if you are thinking of hounding me to get your ad here (as I have experienced lately), please don't. I won't put it up. Just like I will also not accept any awards, no matter how loved I feel getting them. That's just not what this blog is about.

No... one more thing. I am happy to promote your business/blog/talent through giveaways, should you have anything that you would like to donate to promote traffic. In fact, I'd love to do that for you. AND, if you would like your blog added to my blogroll, I will do that with a skip in my step and whistle on my lips, if you are a regular in these parts, or if I know you in "real life."

That's cool that so many companies are trying to get you to advertise (oh, I know, not cool to you....but still!). A bit of a compliment I must say! Anyway....congrats on your telemark....wait.....blogmarketers.
